My Approach
I am fully engaged in every client’s journey towards optimal health, I counsel each client through the emotional aspects of their eating habits and help them find their own individual way to increased consciousness in food choices. I promote awareness in daily self-care habits and teach my clients how to shift their behavioral patterns. My approach to nutrition is educational and upbeat.

I love to detect the root cause of the symptoms, and be the change motivator for each individual client to uncover what is holding them back from healing and changing their habits for good.

No one diet works for everyone
The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has his or her own nutritional needs. So, when experts say, “dairy is good for you” or “fat is unhealthy”, it’s too much of a generalization. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets don’t work in the long run. I look at your age, health, activity level, blood type, metabolic rate and personal preferences to determine your dietary needs.

Everything is food
Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.
